Armstrong Flooring's Accolade Safe is an Australian manufactured slip resistant resilient floor covering and is available in a range of 12 colours. This product is a safety floor without silicon carbide chips which attract and hold dirt, increasing maintenance and wear and tear on cleaning equipment. The embossed surface adds slip resistance and reduces aquaplaning, while hiding subfloor imperfections.
This product is suitable for application in hospitals, aged care facilities, healthcare facilities and wet rooms in combination with Accolade Plus. The PVC used in this product has been certified 'Best Practice PVC' by PVC Stewardship. Accolade Safe contains post-industrial recycled PVC(0.62%).
Accolade Safe incorporates an embossed surface texture replaces the standard silicon carbide impregnated chips used in traditional safety flooring, which can hold dirt and increase maintenance. Accolade Safe has a surface finish that offers high slip resistance and lower maintenance characteristics.
