KS1000RW Trapezoidal Roof Panel is a through-fixed roof panel suitable for pitched roof applications of 3˚ or more after deflection. Specifications are available for roof slopes less than 3˚ on request. The panels are constructed of aluminium magnesite coated and pre-painted steel sheets with a Zero ODP Kingspan Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, with prefinished exterior and interior linings. They are available in a range of colours and thermal performance specifications. The rigid PIR insulation core is closed cell and CFC/HCFC-free. The panels are supplied with Factory Applied Weather Seal (FAWS).
Kingspan KS1000RW Trapezoidal Roof Panels are manufactured from high quality materials using state-of-the-art production equipment to rigorous quality control standards, complying with ISO 9001 standard, ensuring long service life. The panels are also being manufactured under Environmental Management System Certification ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Certification ISO 45001.
